Skillet Hot Cross Buns

Try this Hot Cross Bun recipe by Genevieve Ko in your cast iron skillet. They baked like a dream and came out of the buttered skillet without leaving a crumb behind.  

If you make each bun 100g you can fit a neat seven (can we call that a baker's half dozen?) into a No10 skillet. A No12 was perfect for a batch of 12 buns.
